It is aimed analgesic effect 〔pain mitigation〕 and anti-inflammatory effect 〔Antibacterial effect〕in various diseases in mouth irradiating laser beam at toothbrush by using 630 nm low output semiconductor laser. It is developed special toothbrush acting antibacterial of various bacillus propagation and bactericidal effect that increase at toothbrush keeping after mouth clean.
